Voicemail is a computerised voice messaging system provided by IT at UNSW. It is available for staff at Kensington and Randwick campuses and comes free of charge for all standard services.
View the Voicemail User Guide (PDF) for the Kensington Campus. Addendum: Since this guide was written all UNSW extensions are prefixed with '5' so where the guide refers to a 4 digit extension, such as 8888, use 58888.
Please contact the IT Service Desk on 9385 1333 to have voicemail activated or to take over an existing voicemail box.
